Last Friday, American actor Michael Douglas flew to Levallois-Perret (Hauts-de-Seine) to watch rising basketball player Victor Wembanyama put on a show. The 78-year-old actor used the chance to pose for a portrait with the Metropolitans 92 prodigy player while being accompanied by actor and director Bill McAdams Jr. A few days prior to this visit, the Boulogne-Levallois club's leaders were told and township was in charge of the actor's security. Douglas used his visit to Paris to admire the skill of the French phenom, who that night scored 33 points to give his side the victory. In an Instagram post after, the actor referred to "Wemby" as "the future of the NBA." Wemby is expected to enter the NBA draft next season.
